液体石蜡乳的研制及稳定性试验

摘要:
为制备稳定的液体石蜡乳剂,选用多元醇作为辅助乳化剂,采用单因素试验法筛选了乳剂油相、乳化剂种类及油水比例,初步确定了乳剂配方;采用正交试验设计对初定配方和生产工艺进行优化,最终筛选出乳剂的理想配方和生产工艺。乳剂的配方为油相60 mL,乳化剂吐温-80 1.5 mL,辅助乳化剂丙二醇1.5 mL,水38.5 mL,生产工艺为室温条件下以800 r/min搅拌速度乳化7 min。稳定性试验表明,研制的液体石蜡乳剂稳定性良好。

Abstract:
The objective of this experiment is to preparation W/O emulsion by D-phase emulsification and evaluation its stability. Screening of the oil phase, the emulsifie species , the amount of emulsifie and the oil-water ratio by the univariate analysis, The basic formula of W/O emulsion were determined. The optimum formulation and preparation technology of W/O emulsion were determined by means of orthogonal test, finally. The formulation of O/W emulsion was composed by oil phase 60mL,span 80 1.5mL, propanediol 1.5mL, water 38.5mL. The optimum preparation technology was determined that emulsifying time 5 min, stirring speed 800r/min at room temperature. The experimental results indicated that the W/O emulsion has better stability.
