为降低能耗,探索将非热力杀菌技术应用于微生物液态发酵,研究了臭氧在自来水中的溶解、杀菌效果,制备臭氧水并将其用于枯草芽孢杆菌的培养。结果表明,当臭氧水浓度为22.15 mg/L、维持时间18 min,可达到无菌要求,残余臭氧经紫外线照射15 min即可满足该菌生产要求。 |

Abstract: |
In order to reduce energy consumption and explore the application of non-thermal sterilization technology in microbial liquid fermentation, this paper studied ozone"s solubility in water and its sterilling efficacy. The ozone water was prepared and used for cultivation of Bacillus subtilis. Results show that when the ozone concentration in water is 22.15 mg/L for 18 min, aseptic requirements can be achieved. When the residual ozone was destroyed by UV in 15 min, the water could meet the production requirements of the bacteria. |
