我国鸡源沙门氏菌的血清型分布和对黏菌素耐药性的研究

黏菌素是目前临床治疗多重耐药革兰阴性菌感染的重要药物之一,mcr-1基因的携带可介导黏菌素耐药性的产生和扩散。鸡源沙门氏菌作为重要的食源性病原菌,其对黏菌素的耐药性及mcr-1基因的携带对于公共卫生安全具有重要意义。本研究对2014-2016年从全国各地成鸡分离的450株沙门氏菌进行了血清分型;用微量肉汤稀释法进行了对黏菌素的MIC检测;并用PCR方法对mcr-1基因的携带情况进行了调查。结果表明,鸡源沙门氏菌的优势血清型以肠炎、鸡白痢和鼠伤寒为主;一半以上的肠炎和鸡白痢沙门氏菌对黏菌素耐药,而仅有7.1%的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌对黏菌素耐药;未检测出mcr-1基因阳性的沙门氏菌。本研究结果为鸡源沙门氏菌感染的防控以及兽医临床黏菌素的使用和风险评估提供了技术参考。

Serotype distribution,antimicrobial susceptibility to colistin and the prevalence of mcr-1 gene in Salmonella from chicken

Abstract:
Colistin is an important antimicrobial used to treat the infection of multidrug-resistant gram-negative pathogens. The resistance to colistin can be induced and spreaded by the mcr-1 gene. Salmonella from chicken, as a significant food-borne pathogen, is needed to know the resistance to colistin and the prevalence of mcr-1 gene, which has great influence on public health security. In this study, 450 Salmonella isolated from chicken in China during 2014 to 2016 were serotyped, MIC to colistin was detected by microbroth dilution method, and mcr-1 was analyzed by PCR. The results showed that the major serotype was S. enteritidis, followed by S. gallinarum and S. typhimurium More than 50% S. enteritidis and S. gallinarum, and only 7.1% S. typhimurium were resistant to colistin. No isolates harbored the mcr-1 gene. The results obtained in present research provide the technical references for the prevention and control of infection of Salmonella from chicken and for the use and risk assessment of colistin in clinical veterinary medicine.
