| 摘要: |
| 采用薄层色谱鉴别法(TLC)对蟾胆片中胆膏成分进行鉴别，样品以三氯甲烷为溶剂，超声波处理，过滤，蒸干；在硅胶G薄层板上点样, 以异辛烷一乙酸乙酯-冰醋酸(15：7：5)为展开剂，在紫外365nm下检视，供试品色谱中，在与对照品色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的荧光斑点。此法所用仪器操作简便、快速、重现性好, 可作为该制剂拟定质量标准的鉴别方法。

| In this paper, Thin Layer Chromatography method (TLC) has been used to identify Dangao of Chandan Tablets, The sample was extracted in Three chlorine methanes with ultrasonic waves; Used silgel G-thin layer plate as the stationary phase, Different octane-ethyl acetate- Ice acetic acid(15：7：5) as the mobil phase. The spot was detected at 365nm ultraviolet, The sample’s fluorescent spot as similar as Check against the article。This method has the advantage of convenient, fast, good recurrence, which can be used as agents of the development of quality standards for the identification method.
