纳米技术提高抗菌药物治疗胞内菌感染的研究进展

摘要:
本文就胞内菌感染性疾病常规治疗所面临的难题,纳米技术治疗胞内菌感染的优势以及纳米药物对不同胞内菌感染性疾病的治疗研究进展进行了总结,分析了纳米技术提高抗菌药物进入细胞能力的机制以及影响因素,剖析了纳米抗菌药物在治疗胞内菌感染疾病面临的挑战,据此提出纳米抗菌药物在胞内感染性疾病治疗的发展策略。

Research progress on nanotechnologies improving effect of antibiotic against intracellular bacterial infection

Abstract:
In this paper, the problems of treatment of intracellular bacteria infectious diseases, the advantages of nanotechnologies in the treatment of intracellular bacterial infection and the research progress of treatment to different intracellular bacteria infectious diseases with nano-antimicrobial were summarized.The mechanism and influence factors of nanotechnologies which can improve the ability of antimicrobial agents to enter cells were analyzed.Then we discussed the challenges of nano-antimicrobial in the treatment of intracellular bacterial infection and forecasted the development strategies for the treatment of nano-antimicrobial agents against intracellular infectious diseases.
