膜分离技术在双黄连泡腾片除杂工艺中的应用

摘要:
目的: 考察不同孔径陶瓷膜对中药双黄连水提液除杂效果的影响,并与传统醇沉除杂工艺进行对比,以优选双黄连泡腾片制备过程中的除杂方式。方法: 以双黄连水提液为研究对象,比较50nm、100nm、200nm、450nm、800nm 5种不同孔径的陶瓷膜在膜通量衰减、药液性状、有效成分保留率及固形物去除率等方面的变化;以双黄连泡腾片中绿原酸、黄芩苷和连翘苷含量为考察指标,对膜过滤除杂与传统醇沉除杂工艺进行比较。结果: 滤过孔径为450 nm的陶瓷膜对金银花+连翘水提液滤过效果较好,滤液澄清、透明,膜通量及绿原酸、连翘苷转移率均较高,且固形物去除率较高;滤过孔径为200 nm的陶瓷膜对黄芩水提调酸调碱液除杂效果较好;膜过滤除杂所制备双黄连泡腾片中有效成分含量优于醇沉除杂样品。结论: 膜分离技术可运用到双黄连泡腾片除杂工艺中。

Application of Membrane Separation Technology in Preparation of Shuanghuanglian Effervescent Tablets

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effect of different pore diameter membranes on the technologies of water extract from Shuanghuanglian and compared with the traditional alcohol precipitation and removal process to optimize the impurity removal method during the preparation of Shuanghuanglian Effervescent Tablets. Methods: Five different membranes of 50nm、100nm、200nm、450nm and 800nm were tested to observe the changes in membrane flux, drug solution traits, the retention of effective components and solids removal;Taking the content of chlorogenic acid, baicalin and forsythin in Shuanghuanglian effervescent tablets as the inspection index, the membrane filtration impurity removal was compared with the traditional alcohol precipitation and impurity removal process. Results: The results showed that the filtration efficiency of the filtrate of waterSextract from honeysuckleSflower and forsythia was better when the ceramic membrane with 450 nm pore size was filtered. The filtrate was clear and transparent. The membrane flux and chlorogenic acid and forsythin transfer rate were high, Removal rate higher. The ceramic membrane with 200 nm pore size was better for waterSextract from ScutellariaeSRadix which was adjustedStheSpH; The content of active ingredients in Shuanghuanglian Effervescent Tablets prepared by membrane filtration and impurity removal is better than that of alcohols. Conclusion: Membrane separation technology can be applied to the preparation of Shuanghuanglian Effervescent Tablets in the process of impurity removal.
