奶牛乳腺炎对全球奶牛养殖业造成了严重的经济损失。随着耐药菌的广泛出现,显著降低了传统抗生素治疗奶牛乳腺炎的有效性,中药作为“减抗替抗”的重要抓手,成为治疗奶牛乳腺炎的新方向。基于上述背景,本文阐述了近五年国内引起奶牛乳腺炎主要致病菌的分离情况及耐药性现状。并对国内批准用于治疗奶牛乳腺炎的兽用中药或中药提取物进行了整理总结。选取了白头翁和连翘作为讨论,整理了这两类中药及提取物的国内外最新研究进展为兽用中药治疗奶牛乳腺炎提供参考。 |

Abstract: |
Mastitis in dairy cattle has resulted in significant financial losses for the global dairy farming business. Due to the widespread rise of drug-resistant bacterial strains, the effectiveness of traditional antibiotic therapies for cow mastitis has substantially decreased. A key element of China's "antibiotic reduction and replacement" plan, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has become a new therapeutic option for dairy mastitis in this setting. This study delineates the isolation patterns and antibiotic resistance profiles of primary mastitis-causing pathogens found in Chinese dairy cattle over the past five years, contextualized within the aforementioned challenges. Furthermore, it synthesizes approved TCM formulations and herbal extracts currently authorized for mastitis treatment in China's livestock sector. Pulsatilla chinensis and Forsythia suspensa in particular were chosen as representative therapeutic plants for further examination. In order to provide evidence-based references for incorporating veterinary TCM into mastitis therapy protocols, the study methodically arranges recent domestic and international research breakthroughs addressing the therapeutic applications of these two herbs and their bioactive derivatives. |
