| [摘要] 本文通过冻干毒素和常规方法制备的毒素对家兔的毒力变化以及在疫苗效力检验中的效果比较。结果表明冻干毒素在2-8℃保存，毒力稳定，且不影响疫苗检验结果，说明毒素冻干保存是一种制备效检攻毒用毒素的新方法。 |

| Abstract: |
| The test compared the difference between the freeze-dried toxin and the toxin extracted by the normal method in the test of the violence to the rabbits and the vaccine efficacy test. The results showed that the virulence of the freeze-dried toxin was stable and it didn’t effect the result of the vaccine efficacy test. This indicated the toxin was obtained through freeze-dring was a new technigue in the efficacy and virulence test.
