| 本试验进行了乳头药浴碘甘油溶液的杀菌作用研究。试验表明，当给药浓度为0.25%时，对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和溶血性链球菌的最短作用时间为15s，杀菌率均为100%，平均杀灭指数大于104；对白色念珠菌作用的最短时间为1min，杀菌率为100%，杀灭指数大于104。结果表明该消毒剂对上述细菌和真菌均具有良好的杀灭作用。 |

| The sterilizing effect on different bacteria and fungus of iodoglycerin solution on cow breast was studied in this test, the test showed when its concentration is 0.25% , the shortest sterilizing time is 15s,its sterilizing rate on Bacillus coli , Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus hemolyticus is all 100% and average sterilizing index number is all more than 104 . when its concentration is 0.25%,the shortest sterilizing time is 1min and its sterilizing rate on Oidium albicans is 100%, and average sterilizing index number is more than 104. The result showed it had the better sterilizing effect on the bacteria and fungus mentioned above. |
