| 利用高效液相色谱法测定饲料中喹乙醇含量。采用C18色谱柱，以0. 02mol/L磷酸‐甲醇（85：15）为流动相，流速为0.8mL/min，检测波长为380nm。喹乙醇在0.1µg/mL-100µg/mL范围内线性关系良好，r＝0.999904；经5种不同浓度回收率的测定，其回收率在85.5％‐93.6％之间，RSD 小于5.2(n=5)。 |

| Determination of the Olaquindox in feedstuff by HPLC |

| Abstract: |
| A method of HPLC was used for determination of olaquindox content in feedstuff．A C18 column was used with the mobile phase consisted of 0.02mol/L phosphatic‐methanol(85:15)，the flow rate was 0.8mL/min，the detection wavelength was 380nm．The calibration curve was linear at a range of 0.1～100µg/mL for the olaquindox (r=0.999904)．The recoveries of olaquindoxv added to blank feedstuff at levels of five concentrations were between85.5% and93.6%(n=5)． |
