| 摘要：目的：建立HPLC测定伊维菌素微乳中伊维菌素含量的测定方法。方法：色谱柱为Zirchrom C18(4.6mmx250mm,5um)，流动相为甲醇:水(85：15)，测定波长为245nm，流速为1.0ml/min，柱温为40℃。结果：伊维菌素与辅料及溶剂峰分离良好，在2.22～111.0ug/ml时线性关系良好(R2=0.9999)。结论：HPLC测定伊维菌素方法便捷、准确、重复性好，可用于伊维菌素微乳含量的测定。

| Abstract：Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of Ivermectin in Ivermectin Microemulsion．Methods：Zirchrom C18(4.6mmx250mm,5um)was employed，and the mobile phase consisted of methanol:water(85：15)．The detective wavelength was set at 245nm．The flow rate was 1.0ml/min．and the column temperature Was at 4O℃．Results：There Was good resolution between Ivermectin and the excipients under this chromatographic condition．The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2.22～111.0ug/ml(R2=0.9999)．Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate in determining the content of Ivermectin in Ivermectin Microemulsion． |
