摘要 采取正交试验以包合物收得率、含药量和包合率为指标筛选最佳工艺,并用紫外分光光度法测定含量,优选羟丙基-β-环糊精包合甲砜霉素的最佳工艺。确定最佳条件为:包合温度为50℃,包合时间为1h,羟丙基-β-环糊精与甲砜霉素摩尔比为1∶1。

Abstract The optimum preparation condition was studied by orthogonal experiment with yield rate、Thiamphenicol content in inclusion compound and encapsulation rate as the index of evaluation, the Thiamphenicol content in the inclusion compound was determined by UV. The optimum preparation procedure was the proportion of 1:1 for HP-β-CD to Thiamphenicol, inclusion temperature at 50℃ and including for 1 hour. |
