| Suppliers become more and more important with the development of the modern drug producing process, so how to select a supplier and how to manage the selected suppliers have become an important issue. The purposes of this article are: (1) to introduce how to select a supplier according to the assessment of the basic business qualification, price, and quality and quality control of the supplier etc; (2) to introduce how to carry dynamic management to the suppliers who have been selected. |
