| Nanosuspensions can increase the solubility of insoluble drugs, improve safety and efficacy. As a new nanoparticulate drug delivery system, nanosuspension has been developed since the end of 20th century. It offers a new method to solve the problemof the poor solubility of drugs, and it has considerable significance not only in increasing drug’s bioavailability, but also in raising the efficacy. |
