为了评价产复康的抗氧化作用,用环磷酰胺造成免疫抑制小鼠模型,将产复康分别以10g、15g、20g/kg体重三个不同剂量给模型小鼠连续灌胃9天后,测定了模型小鼠脾脏和胸腺组织中、总抗氧化能力(TAOC)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)以及血清溶血素、脾脏和胸腺指数。结果发现产复康分别以10g、15g、20g/kg体重三个不同剂量均能显著提高环磷酰胺所致免疫抑制小鼠脾脏和胸腺TAOC水平、SOD活性、血清溶血素、脾脏和胸腺指数,而显著降低小鼠脾脏和胸腺MDA水平,且呈剂量-效应关系;正常小鼠单独服用产复康也产生相同结果。 |

Effect of Chinese herbal medicine ChanFuKang on Antioxidation in mice |

Abstract: |
In order to evaluated antioxidation effect of Chinese herbal medicine ChanFuKang, The immunity suppression model was established by injection cyclophosphamide,The level of total antioxidation capability(TAOC), superoxide dismutase (SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA), erythrocytolysin, spleen and thymus index in mice were measured after treated with different Chinese herbal medicine ChanFuKang at doses of 15g/kg alone or 10,15 and 20g/kg for 9 days respectively by orally injection at immunity suppression model in mice. The results showed that the MDA level of spleen and thymus increased significantly, and the erythrocytolysin, spleen and thymus index, TAOC, SOD activity of spleen and thymus decreased obviously in immunity suppression model. The erythrocytolysin, spleen and thymus index, TAOC level , SOD activity was increased, while the MDA of spleen and thymus decreased significantly in dose dependent manner after ChanFuKang orally injection, the same results was showed ChanFuKang orally alone in healthy mice too. The results indicated that ChanFuKang can enhance anti oxidation capability in healthy and immunity suppression mice. |
