| 摘要: |
| 建立了猪尿中地西泮的气相色谱－质谱(GC／MS)检测方法。样品经C18固相萃取柱净化后进行气相色谱－质谱测定。结果表明，方法定量限为0.5 μg／L，线性范围为10～500μg/L。在三个添加浓度2µg/L、4µg/L、6µg/L水平上，地西泮的平均回收率为 70％～ 120％，批内相对标准偏差< 20％、批间相对标准偏差< 12％。 |

| Abstract： A gas chromatography-mass spectrometric (GC/MS) method has been established for the determination of diapazem in swine urine．The samples were cleaned up on C18 cartridge, and detected by GC/MS ．The results indicated that the limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.5 μg/L，and the linearity was within the range of 10～500μg/L．The mean recovery of swine urine samples fortified at three levels of 2µg/L, 4µg/L and 6µg/L was within the range of 70％～120％, intra- batch relative standard deviation was less than 20％，and inter- batch relative standard deviation was less than 12％. |
