| [摘 要] 本文测定了制苗菌液中外毒素对小白鼠最小致死量，并将该制苗菌液按《规程》[1]方法制成A型产气荚膜梭菌灭活疫苗，按《规程》方法进行安全和效力检验。结果表明： 3批疫苗安全检验全部合格；疫苗保护率与疫苗中类毒素含量呈正相关。 |
