| Abstract: The diagnostic technology of FMD, including clinical method, virus isolation, serological, molecular biology and some new diagnostic techniques, especially such rapid, sensitive ones as ELISA, PCR and gene chips are discussed in this paper. Also herein characteristics among different diagnostic methods are compared. |
