I型鸭疫里默氏杆菌荚膜免疫的研究

摘要:
本研究用盐浸法提取了I型鸭疫里默氏杆菌的荚膜,并制成油佐剂疫苗。其免疫原性测定结果表明:用荚膜粗提物免疫雏鸭可得到很好的免疫保护效果(9/10)。同时进行了鸭疫里默氏杆菌荚膜油佐剂疫苗与各常规佐剂疫苗的免疫效力比较,免疫保护效果依次为:荚膜油乳剂苗、油乳剂灭活苗、蜂胶灭活苗、铝胶RA灭活苗、无佐剂RA灭活苗。

Abstract:
In this study, Capsular Polysaccharide were extracted by high-concentraction NaCl, and developed the oil-adjuvant vaccine to vaccinate the 4-day-ducklings. The result of potency test for this vaccine showed that Capsular Polysaccharide vaccine had good protective efficiency (9/10). The potency comparative test of this vaccine with other adjuvant Riemerella anatipestifer (RAI) inactivated vaccines were done in the same time. The best one was Capsular Polysaccharide oil-adjuvant vaccine and the other successively were oil-adjuvant inactivated vaccine, propolis-adjuvant inactivated vaccine, aluminium hydroxide -adjuvant inactivated vaccine and no-adjuvant inactivated vaccine.
