| 采用正交设计法对醋酸甲羟孕酮原位凝胶植入剂（MPA-PLA）进行处方筛选，优化制备工艺，并按优化处方制备（MPA-PLA），然后进行体外释放实验评价缓释效果；结果显示MPA-PLA能显著延长避孕时间,具有长效缓释作用。 |
