| 为了弥补《中国兽药典》2005版没有收载龙胆酊主要成份的鉴别方法的欠缺,采用羧甲基纤维素钠为黏合剂的硅胶GF254薄层板，以乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水（20：2：1）为展开剂，置紫外光灯（254nm）下显色，建立龙胆酊中龙胆苦苷的薄层鉴别方法，该方法试验结果斑点清晰、显色明晰，操作简便，建议在2010年版《中国兽药典》中增加此方法为龙胆酊的鉴别项，以加强该处方产品的质量管理。 |

| Identification of gentiopicroside in gentian tincture by TLC |

| Abstract: |
| To establish a thin-layer chromatographic assay for identifying gentiopicroside in gentian tincture for make up for the assay method of the identification of the main components of Gentian tincture in the Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia 2005 Edition. The result shows that the spot in the chromatogram is distinct and clear detecting under ultraviolet light with wavelength of 254 nm, when it is carried out with plate using silica GF254 as coating substance, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as bounding substance, and as the mobile phase ethyl acetate: methanol : water(20:2:1). The assay is easy carried out and the result is clear, we recommend that it should be adapted in the Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia 2010 Edition in order to strengthen the management of relative products. |
