| 建立普鲁卡因青霉素注射液鉴别和含量测定HPLC方法。样品经HPLC分离后进行定性鉴别和含量测定。结果显示供试品溶液主峰的保留时间与对照品溶液主峰的保留时间一致，普鲁卡因的线性范围为0.432～0.648mg/ml，青霉素的线性范围为0.64～0.96mg/ml，普鲁卡因和青霉素的添加回收率分别为101.35%和100.11%。该方法结果准确度高、精密度好，可作为质量标准控制方法。 |

| Set up HPLC method of the identification and determination of Procaine Benzylpenicillin Injection. After the separation of samples by HPLC advance the identification and determination. The results showed that different identification numbers for the sample solution of the two main peak retention time with reference substance solution of the two main peak of retention time consistent. The linearity of procaine is within the range of 0.432 ~ 0.648mg/ml; the linearity of penicillin is within the range of 0.64 ~ 0.96mg/ml. Procaine and penicillin addition recoveries were 101.35% and 100.11%. This method can be used as control methods. |
