| 猪、鸡细菌性下痢是机体受到病原微生物的侵染引起胃肠道菌群紊乱，使感染动物出现恶性腹泻症状的消化道疾病，可相互传染[1]，给养殖业带来巨大的经济损失。近年来,虽有不少防治猪、鸡细菌性下痢病的药物,但长期大量使用,容易产生抗药性和药物残留。因此，对防治该种疾病选择疗效显著、安全性高、副作用小、药物残留少且不易产生抗药性、成本低的药物是目前急需解决的课题。为有效控制细菌性下痢的传染与蔓延，减少经济损失，适应畜禽养殖业可持续发展的要求，我所研制了中药新制剂“菌痢消颗粒”，以满足社会养殖业生产需要。 |

| Therapeutic efficacy of a new Chinese materia medica preparation Junlixiao granule |

| Abstract: |
| The artificial copied bacillary dysentery pig and chicken were used as modles.Different dose of Junlixiao granule was given to the models to study the therapeutic efficacy. The curative effect of high and middle dose groups was predominant higher than that of positive control group（P≤0.05）.The cure rate of Junlixiao granule high middle and low dose groups was predominant different to the positive control group（P≤0.05）,but the cure rate of high and middle dose group was quiet（P>0.05）. The results show that Junlixiao granule can cure pig and chicken bacillary dysentery safety and efficiency。 |
