白头翁及皂苷对鸡免疫功能的影响

摘要:为考察白头翁及白头翁皂苷对鸡免疫功能的影响。将AA肉鸡于15日龄添加白头翁及白头翁皂苷饮水,以黄芪组为阳性对照、未加药为阴性对照。通过测定免疫器官增重、白细胞吞噬率与吞噬指数等,考察白头翁及白头翁皂苷对鸡免疫功能的影响。结果表明:白头翁及其皂苷组比对照组在体重和免疫指数方面有明显的优越性,尤其在中性细胞吞噬白色葡萄球菌方面与对照组有极显著差异(P<0.01)。白头翁及白头翁皂苷对鸡免疫有一定的促进作用,试验为白头翁生产应用提供了试验数据。

Effects of Pulsatilla and Pulchinenoside on the Immune Function of Chickens

Abstract:
Abstract: In order to investigate effects of Pulsatilla and Pulchinenoside on immune function of chicken, 15-day-old avian broilers were feeding water with Pulsatilla and Pulchinenoside 3d, and Astragali and blank as positive and negative control group. The immune organs weight and leukocyte phagocytosis rate were measured. The results showed that Pulsatilla and Pulchinenoside compared with control group in weight and immune index had obvious advantages, particularly in leukocyte phagocytosis rate showed significant differences (P <0.01). Pulsatilla and Pulchinenoside do have effects on chickens immune, which, provided test data for its production.
