| 抗生素生产中发酵罐的发酵水平至关重要，影响着抗生素产品的产量和质量，而染菌问题一直以来困扰着抗生素的生产，不仅影响到产品的收率和质量，更为严重的是它使生产无法正常进行。染菌问题一直是抗生素行业最为关注的焦点之一，文章从物料方面、设备方面、蒸汽（空气）因素及人为因素等方面较为全面地阐述了造成染菌的可能性，以便帮助抗生素生产者准确查找染菌原因，预防染菌。 |

| In the antibiotic production , the fermentation level of the final fermentation- container is very important, it affects the output and the quality of the antibiotic production. The problems of bacteria infection always perplexes the production of antibiotic. It not only affects the yield and the quality of the products, but also makes the fermentation-container doesn’t work. Bacteria infection is one of the most focus in the antibiotics. In this paper, author elaborated the possibility of bacteria infection from the material aspect, equipments aspect, steam and gas, artificial factors etc ,in order to help the manufacturers to accurately find the reason and prevent bacteria infection. |
