| 采用紫外分光光度法测定替米考星预混剂的含量，结果表明，在5~25 µg/mL浓度范围内，浓度与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系，相关系数r=0.999760，平均回收率为99.42 %；相对标准偏差RSD=1.0967 %，本方法的建立适合于替米考星预混剂含量的快速测定。 |

| Abstract: |
| An UV spectrophotometry method for the determination of tilmicosin premix was established at 280 nm. The calibration curve for tilmicosin was linear within the concentration from 5 to 25 µg/mL.The correlation coefficient for tilmicosin was r=0.999760. The average recovery was 99.42%, the relative standard deviation was 1.0967%. It is siutable for determination of tilmicosin premix fastly. |
