| 目的：建立远志流浸膏中远志酸含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法：样品经盐酸溶液水解，沉淀经水洗后用甲醇溶解，进高效液相色谱仪进行检测。色谱条件: XBridge C18（5μm，4.6×150mm）色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液（40：60），检测波长210nm，柱温为30℃，进样量为20μL。结果：远志酸的浓度在5~500μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系，线性回归方程为y=9834x-24784，相关系数r=0.9999。结论：该方法简便，灵敏度高，为远志流浸膏质量标准的研究提供了科学依据。 |

| AIM: To establish a method of HPLC for determination of Polygalacic acid in Extractum Polygalae Liquidum.METHODS: Polygalacic acid in Extractum Polygalae Liquidum were determined on HPLC,acetonitrile- 0.2%H3PO4 (29:31) as mobile phase ,the detection wavelength was 210nm.RESULTS: The equation was: y=9834x-24784, r=0.9999,the calibration curve was linear in the range 5~500μg/mL. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple and with high sensitivity,and provide the scientific evidence for the research of the quality standard of Extractum Polygalae Liquidum. |
