| 当前经营环节的兽药产品合格率低于生产环节19个百分点。兽药经营企业规模小、数量多、质量管理水平差，基层管理部门监管能力不足。主要原因是假企业、假产品冲击市场、经营企业缺乏责任意识、对非法行为打击不力。通过完善配套法规、推行兽药GSP、监管重心后移、完善兽药监管信息系统等配套措施，兽药经营质量有望得到大的改善。 |

| The Suggestions on Improvement of Veterinary Drug Quality in Market Management and Elimination of Bogus Products |

| The qualified rate of veterinary drugs in market was lower than that in the manufactories by 19% recently. Such unexpected situation may be resulted from the large amount of whole-sell companies of veterinary drug in China with very small scale and their weak-quality control，in which the responsibility is often short. Another important reason is lot of fake products from those illegal workshops severely impacts the normal market. The lack of monitoring capability in the primary administration and few of strong acts against the illegal behaviors also results the unsatisfied status. Through the improvement of regulations, implement of veterinary GSP, strength of monitoring capacity, and establishment of the veterinary supervision information systems, the veterinary drug quality in the market management is expected to be improved considerably. |
