| 建立了鸡组织（肌肉、肝脏、皮肤/脂肪）中马杜霉素残留的高效液相色谱荧光检测法。肌肉、肝脏样品经异辛烷提取，皮肤/脂肪样品经乙腈提取，Florisil固相萃取柱净化，丹磺酰肼衍生后上机测定。采用Supelco C18色谱柱分离，以乙腈-7 mmol/ L硫酸氢化四丁胺溶液（85/15，V/V）为流动相，荧光检测器检测，激发波长为260nm，发射波长为510nm。结果显示，在0.15~7.2μg/mL浓度范围内，线性关系良好；组织添加回收率均大于70%，定量限为0.03mg/kg。 |

| Determination of Maduramicin Residue in Chicken Tissues by HPLC |

| Abstract: |
| A high-performance liquid chromatography method with fluorescence detection was developed to determine the residues of maduramicin in chicken tissues. The samples of muscle and liver were extracted by isooctane respectively, and the samples of skin with fat were extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned by a florisil column solid phase extraction(SPE)，and derivatized by dansylhydrazine. The separation was performed on Supelco C18 with a mobile phase of acetonitrile/water modified with 7 mmol/ Ltetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate (85/15, v/v). Fluorescence detection was performed at an excitation wavelength of 260nm,and an emission wavelenghth of 510nm.It was shown that, the standard curves for Maduramicin were in good linearity in a concentration rang of 0.15~7.2μg/mL. The recoveries for maduramicin at the addition of three levels in chicken tissues were more than 70%. The limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.03μg/g. |
