| 以C18为固定相，0.1％磷酸溶液（用三乙胺调节pH值至3.5±0.1）—乙睛（70：30）为流动相，348 nm为检测波长，采用高效液相色谱法同时测定诺氟沙星、盐酸小檗碱预混剂中诺氟沙星和盐酸小檗碱的含量。诺氟沙星和盐酸小檗碱线性范围分别为0.5 μg～10 μg和0.1 μg～2 μg，平均加标回收率分别为103.3％和97.7％，RSD分别为0.77％和1.3％（n＝5）。 |

| Determination of Norfloxacin and Berberine Hydrochloride by HPLC |

| Abstract: |
| A HPLC method has been developed to determine the norfloxacin and berberine hydrochloride in norfloxacin and berberine hydrochloride premix, using C18 column with a mobile of 0.1 % phosphoric solution (adjusted pH value to 3.5±0.1 with triethylamine)-acetonitrile (70:30) and wavelength of 348 nm. The linear range of norfloxacin and berberine hydrochloride was 0.5 μg -10 μg and 0.1 μg-2 μg. The average recovery was 103.3％ with RSD of 0.77% and 97.7％ with RSD of 1.3 %（n＝5）. |
