| Targeting drug delivery system can increase concentration of the medication in the targeting tissues selectively, enhance the treatment efficacy, and effectively reduce the adverse effect, have a broad prospect of treating animal diseases. This paper reviews the research and development of targeting drug delivery system in veterinary medicine from three aspects, including passive targeting, active targeting and physical-chemistry targeting. |
