兽药靶向制剂研究进展

摘要:
靶向制剂可以选择性地提高靶组织中的药物浓度,增强治疗效果,有效地降低药物的不良反应,在动物疾病治疗中具有广阔前景。本文从被动靶向、主动靶向和物理化学靶向等三个方面综述了近几年兽医领域中靶向制剂的研究发展情况。

Abstract:
Targeting drug delivery system can increase concentration of the medication in the targeting tissues selectively, enhance the treatment efficacy, and effectively reduce the adverse effect, have a broad prospect of treating animal diseases. This paper reviews the research and development of targeting drug delivery system in veterinary medicine from three aspects, including passive targeting, active targeting and physical-chemistry targeting.
