| 利用有限稀释法从现有PK15细胞系中克隆出一株对猪圆环病毒2型具有高敏感性的细胞克隆株PKK，并且初步研究了该克隆株对猪圆环病毒2型增殖的特性及稳定性。间接免疫荧光实验结果表明将该克隆株连续传代50代后对猪圆环病毒2型感染性不变，病毒滴度最高可达107.0TCID50/ml。这一研究结果将有利于进一步研究猪圆环病毒2型体外复制、体外诊断及开发高效价的PCV2全病毒灭活疫苗。 |

| Abstract: |
| A cell clone (PKK) that show high- permissivity to PCV2 infection was derived from heterogeneous PK15 parent cells by limiting dilution and cell cloning. Maximum virus titer in PKK was 107.0 tissue culture infective dose 50 (TCID 50)/ml. The cell clone was cultured in vitro by 50 continuous passages. The permissivity to PCV2 infection of different passages of PKK cell clone were not changed, and the titers of PCV2 virus yield from the different passages of PKK cell clone were stable.These results indicate that PKK cell clone is more permissive to PCV2 infection than PK15 parent cells and thus will be useful for PCV2 replication in vitro, as well as, vaccines, diagnostic and research applications on PCV2. |
