| 摘要： 选用同一保育舍的断奶仔猪87头，随机分为2组，I组为对照组，饲喂基础日粮，Ⅱ组为中药组，在基础日粮中添加1.5%的中草药添加剂。进行饲养试验及血液采集和免疫指标测定，结果表明：血清免疫球蛋白，1个疗程后(30天后)，在IgM 、IgA水平上，中药组与对照组相比无显著差异（P>0.05），在IgG水平上，中药组比对照组提高11.38（P<0.05），2个疗程后（60天后），在IgM 水平上，中药组比对照组提高12.46％（P<0.05），在IgG、IgA水平上，中药组比对照组分别提高41.69％和21.33％（P<0.01）；淋巴细胞转化率，2个疗程后，中药组比对照组提高了15.79％（P<0.05）; 猪瘟抗体水平和猪伪狂犬抗体水平，1个疗程后，中药组合格率比对照组都提高20％，阻断率分别改善3.86％（P>0.05）和11.94％（P<0.05），2个疗程后，中药组合格率比对照组分别提高20％和30％，阻断率分别改善28.02％和24.83％（P<0.01）。通过本试验初步判断：该复方中草药添加剂可显著提高断奶仔猪的免疫机能，增强机体免疫力。 |

| Effects of Feed Additives with One Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine on the Immune Function of weaning piglets |

| Abstract: A total of 87 weaning piglets in the same nursery were selected and divided randomly into 2 groups. Group I is control group feed with basal diet , group Ⅱ is experimental group feed with basal diet plus 1.5% Chinese herb medicine (CHM). During the process of the experiment, the blood samples were collected and the immunity function quota were measured, the results shows as follow that: After 1 course of treatment( 30 days)，The level of IgM 、IgA of serum had no significant difference（P>0.05）between the two groups ,while the level of IgG of serum in CHM group increased significantly by 11.38％（P<0.05）; After 2 courses of treatment（60 days）, the level of IgM of serum in CHM group increased significantly by 12.46％（P<0.05）,and the level of IgG and IgA of serum in CHM group increased significantly by 41.69％, 21.33％（P<0.01）respectively; After 2 courses of treatment, the transformation rate of Lymphocyte ( TLR) in CHM group increased significantly by 15.79％（P<0.05）; After 1 course of treatment, the percent of positive of IgG against CSFV raised by 20％, the PI improved 3.86％（P>0.05）,and the percent of positive of IgG against PRV raised by 11.94％（P<0.05）; After 2 courses of treatment, the percent of positive of IgG against CSFV and PRV raised by 20％（P<0.01）and 30%（P<0.01） ,while the PI improved 28.02％（P<0.01）, 24.83％（P<0.01）respectively. we have a initial conclusion in this experiment that the compound Chinese herbal medicine can improve obviously the immune function of weaning piglets, thus enhance the immunity of piglets. |
