| 在消毒方法对接种鸡胚的影响的实验中，使用三批次鸡胚将每批次分成相等的两等份，用气室全消毒和接种部位消毒后进行接种病毒培养，来观察鸡肧的早死率。结果是：在24小时内，用气室全消毒方法接种后的鸡胚死亡率是 17.4%、15.9%、17.0%,而用接种部位消毒接种后鸡胚的死亡率是 6.5%、6.3%、6.4%。由此可见，气室全消毒接种鸡胚的死亡率远大于接种部位消毒方法接种的鸡胚。 |

| Abstract: In the experiment, In order to research the rate of early death of chick embryo,three blocks of chicken embryos were involved and each block was separated into two equal portions. Completely air-cell disinfection and inoculation position disinfection were chose before inoculation. Results showed,the rate of early death of chick embryo were 17.4%,15.9% and 17.0% respectively in the group of Completely air-cell disinfection, while 6.5%,6.3% and 6.4%respectively in the group of inoculation position disinfection. Thus early death rate in the group of Completely air-cell disinfection was much larger than in the group of inoculation position disinfection. |
