| 摘要: |
| 建立了白黄散胶囊的质量标准。用薄层色谱法鉴别白头翁、黄芪、黄连、黄柏、山楂、乌梅、诃子，以高效液相色谱法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果薄层色谱图斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰，盐酸小檗碱在9.91～148.65 μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，加样回收率为97.70%，RSD为1.30%。所建立的方法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于白黄散胶囊的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: |
| A quality standards was established for Baihuangsan Capsules. Radix pulsatillae，Radix astragali，Rhizoma coptidis，Cortex phellodendri，Fructus crataegi，Fructus mume and Fructus chebulae were identified by TLC. The content of berberine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC. The results of TLC spots were clear and negative comparison with no disturbance. The quantitative evaluation of berberine hydrochloride had the linear range of 9.91~148.65 μg/mL，the average recovery was 99.70％(RSD=1.30％). This method is simple and accurate with high specificity and good repeatability. It is suitable for quality control of Baihuangsan Capsules． |
