| [摘要] 采用正交试验以槲皮素提取率、提取物干粉状态和能耗为指标，优化了地锦草提取物制备工艺。以高效液相色谱方法测定提取物中槲皮素的含量确定了提取物的质量标准，并进行了方法学验证。结果显示最佳工艺为8倍量70％乙醇提取3小时2次，该工艺简单、可行，符合工业化大生产。 |

| Abstract: Use orthogonal experiment to definited the best technology and the content of oquercetin was detected by HPLC.The best technology was use eight times 70% ethanol solution extracted for three hours twice. The technology is simply, feasible and can be used for Industrial large-scale production.
