超声波法提取紫锥菊中菊苣酸的工艺优化研究

摘要:
利用超声波技术对紫锥菊主要有效成份菊苣酸提取工艺条件进行了研究。在提取过程中采用单因素试验和正交试验分析了提取时间、提取次数、提取溶剂用量等对紫锥菊菊苣酸含量有主要影响的几个因素,确定了紫锥菊菊苣酸的最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明,超声波提取紫锥菊菊苣酸的最佳工艺条件为:以体积分数为55%的乙醇作为提取剂,提取时间45 min、提取次数为2次、乙醇用量为紫锥菊药材的8倍,提取物干膏得率为12.2%,菊苣酸含量为1.2%。所确定的最佳提取工艺稳定可行,适于工业化生产。

Abstract:
The extraction process of cichoric acid in Echinacea purpurea with ultrasonic wave was studied. The factors such as extraction time, extraction times, the ratio of solvent to material were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal design test. The results showed that the optimal conditions of extraction were : extracting solvent was 55% ethanol, extracting time was 45 min , extracting times was 2, the ratio of solvent to material was 1∶8. Under the optimum conditions, dry extract yielding rate was 12.2% and the content of cichoric acid was 1.2%. The procedure was stable and available for industrial production.
