| [摘要] 为了评价ELISA法用于筛选猪瘟抗体阴性猪的可行性，本研究分别采用LSI公司与IDEXX公司两种商品化猪瘟抗体ELISA检测试剂盒检测了61份猪血清样品，并与兔体中和试验方法进行了比较。兔体中和试验法检测出4份阳性、2份可疑、55份阴性，而LSI ELISA法试剂盒与IDEXX ELISA法试剂盒均检测出6份阳性、55份阴性；两种ELISA方法与兔体中和试验检测结果阴性符合率均为100%(55/55)。结果表明，ELISA法更加敏感，可以替代兔体中和试验方法用于筛选猪瘟抗体阴性猪。 |

| Comparison of the methods of detecting classical swine fever antibody-negative pigs |

| Abstract：To evaluate the feasibility of using the ELISA method to select classical swine fever antibody-negative pigs,61 serum samples of pigs were detected by two commercial ELISA kits produced by LSI and IDEXX and rabbit neutralization test(RNT),respectively.Comparing the results of three methods,the negative coincidence rate was 100% (55/55).The number of negative samples,positive samples and suspicious samples were 55,4,2 detected by RNT,and 55,6,0 by the two ELISA methods,respectively.The result showed that ELISA was more sensitive than RNT, and can replace RNT to select classical swine fever antibody-negative pigs. |
