对从藤茶中提取藤茶黄酮的工艺进行了研究。研究发现:以90%乙醇水溶液为溶剂、藤茶原料和乙醇水溶液的料液比(w/v)为1:4、回流条件下提取两次、每次提取时间为1h时,藤茶黄酮的提取率达到最佳。之后,提取液浓缩后的粗产物在水中进行两次结晶即可使藤茶黄酮产品中的有效成分二氢杨梅素的含量达到85%以上。研究得到的藤茶黄酮提取、纯化工艺简单、提取率高,适合工业化生产。 |

Research on Extraction for Flavonoids from Ampelopsis Grossedentata |

Abstract: |
Extraction for flavonoids from Ampelopsis Grossedentata was described, and the optimum yield of Dihydromyricetin, the available ingredient of flavonoids from Ampelopsis Grossedentata, was obtained under the following conditions: the content of ethanol solution for extraction being 90%, the ratio(w/v) of Ampelopsis Grossedentata to ethanol solution during extraction being 1:4 and the extraction being put into effect under reflux for 1h twice. The crude product was purified through crystallization in water for two times resulting in its content over 85%. This process is simple and suitable for industrial application. |
