| 用添加临床剂量100mg/kg磺胺二甲嘧啶的饲料喂养40日龄麻黄鸡，连续用药3天，分别在停药0h、12h、24h（1d）、48h（2d）、72h（3d）、96h（4d）、120h（5d）、144h（6d）、192h（8d）、240h（10d）、360h（15d）、480h（20d）、600h（25d）时间点采肉、肝和肾组织检测磺胺二甲嘧啶残留浓度。停药25天后，肉组织残留量为0.054mg/kg，肝和肾组织未检出磺胺二甲嘧啶，结果表明磺胺二甲嘧啶在麻黄鸡组织中停药期需要25天，证明《兽药典2005版》规定10天的停药期是不合理的。 |

| Study on the Residues and Elimination Pattern of Sulfamethazine in Spotted-brown Broiler Tissues |

| Forty-day spotted-brown broiler were adminstrated sulfamethazine mixed with feed (clinical dose:100mg/kg) for three consecutive days. Samples of muscle, liver and kidney were collected to determine sulfamethazine concentrations from broiler slaughtered at 0h,12h, 24h(1d), 48h(2d), 72h(3d), 96h(4d), 120h(5d), 144h(6d), 192h (8d), 240h(10d), 360h(15d), 480h(20d), 600h(25d) after withdrawing drug. Sulfamethazine concentration in muscle was 0.054mg/kg, and the residues of sulfamethazine have not been found in liver and kidney after 600-hour(25d) of withdrawal period. The result showed that the withdrawal period of sulfamethazine required 25 days in spotted-brown broiler, 10-day of withdrawal period from "Veterinary Pharmacopoeia " edited by 2005 was unreasonable. |
