| 本研究考察“球灭”颗粒剂的最佳制粒处方组成，筛选出最佳组成为：干浸膏粉：可溶性淀粉=1:1.5，黏合剂为75%酒精；所制颗粒的吸湿率小、成型率高、溶化率高；结论试验结果可为“球灭”颗粒制剂处方组成的确定及生产环境的控制提供实验依据。 |

| Study on Formulation Process of “Qiumie” Granule |

| Abstract: |
| To ascertain the best formulation process of “Qiumie” Granule,by determinating granulation, moisture conten，hygroscopicity and dissolubility of “Qiumie” Granule , we select the appropriate recipient.At last,the ration of powdered extract and excipient -is1 ∶1.5,meanwhile,the adhesive is 75% alcohol. The granules have low hygroscopicity and high granulation and high dissolubility. And it s critical relative humidity is 70 %.The experimental results provide the basis of the ascertainment of formulation process and the cont rol of product in viroment of “Qiumie” Granule. |
