| 本试验以小白鼠为研究对象，肌肉注射不同剂量的白屈菜生物碱，通过对小白鼠的最小致死量以及半数致死量的测定，研究白屈菜生物碱的毒性情况。结果表明：白屈菜生物碱对小白鼠最小致死量在640mg/kg--800 mg/kg之间，半数致死量为1222.55mg/kg。 |

| The experiment of acute toxicity for total alkaloids of Chelidonium majus was conducted in rats i. m. in different doses. The results show that the Minimum lethal dose is in the range from 640 to 800 mg/kg, and the LD50 is 1222.55 mg/kg. |
