| 新型疫苗有着传统疫苗不具备的优点,但其抗原高度纯化，免疫原性较弱,需要有理想的疫苗佐剂与之配合使用以增强其作用。传统佐剂存在着一些缺陷，不适合在新型疫苗中使用，因此寻找理想的新型佐剂已经成为兽用疫苗研发的关键问题之一。总结了细胞因子、脂质体、CPG及单磷酰基脂质A四种新型佐剂的特点，并介绍了国内外的研究进展。 |

| The Novel vaccines have more advantages than conventional vaccines, but their antigens are generally less immunogenicity , which need adjuvant to enhance the role. Conventional adjuvants have been proved to be some shortcomings，so it is imperative to investigate and exploit powerful adjuvants for Novel vaccines． This paper summarizes the features of cytokines, liposomes, CPG, single-phosphoryl lipid A and introduces new research progress at home and abroad. |
