| Abstract: Attenuated Vaccine is put up in ampoules, and directly freeze-dried. The ampoules are injected with pure N2 and sealed after freeze drying on Vaccine. This method can avoid the decrease in storage period because of use rubber stopper to seal. With nitrogen characteristics, we can execute a purpose of extending storage period.
