| 兽药行政执法中，执法人员常对案件的定性存在争议。本文就近几年我省兽药执法人员在办案中遇到几个疑难案例，进行详细分析和讨论，提出这些案例解决观点。希望通过这几个疑难案例的分析，明确几个基本概念，探讨对案件定性的分析思路和方法，进而提高办案的准确性。 |

| There are debates on qualitative of case in administrative law enforcement of veterinary drug. Several difficult cases in recent years were detailed analyzed and discussed in this article. Based on the analysis of these difficult cases, this article clear some basic concepts, discusses methods of the qualitative analysis and help to improve the accuracy of the handle case with general law enforcement colleagues . |
