悬浮培养工艺与转瓶培养工艺的比较分析

摘要:
目的:比较和分析悬浮培养工艺与转瓶培养工艺的生产效益。方法:采用全悬浮培养BHK21细胞生产口蹄疫病毒与转瓶培养工艺生产对比;采用微载体悬浮培养Vero细胞生产狂犬病毒与转瓶培养工艺生产对比。结果:与转瓶培养工艺相比,反应器悬浮培养工艺获得的细胞密度、病毒效价、产品的产量和质量明显提高,生产时的能耗和劳动力需求明显降低。结论:悬浮培养工艺的生产效益明显高于转瓶培养工艺,比较适宜于生物制品大规模生产。

Abstract:
Objective: To compare and analyze the production efficiency between cell suspension culture in bioreactors and cell adherent culture in roller bottles. Method: Comparative analyses were done in the production efficiency of Foot and Mouth Disease virus in BHK21 cells between the cell suspension culture technology and roller bottle cuture technology. Meanwhile rabies virus in vero cells grown on microcarriers and roller flask were compared in different cell culture process. Results: Compared with the process with roller bottle, the cell density, quantity and quality of products by suspension culture technology in bioreactor are improved, and the energy consumption and workers are decreased. Conclusion:Economic benefits of cell suspension culture technology are higher than cell adherent culture in roller bottle for industrial production of biological products.
