| 天然药物的有效部位，对于促进中药现代化，阐明中药药效物质基础及作用机制，起到一定的推动作用。综述了可用于工业化生产的天然药物有效部位的常用提取纯化技术，具体介绍了每个技术的定义、原理、影响因素、特点、适于提取分离的有效部位及相应的实例，并展望了可能用于工业生产的新技术。以期为企业在工业生产中选择合理的提取纯化技术提供依据。 |

| Abstract: |
| Effective ingredients of natural medicines can promote the modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In addition, the effectiveness and action mechanism of TCM can be clarified by them. The normal technologies of extraction and purification in industrialization are overviewed. Specifically, this paper introduces the definition, working principle, influence factors, characteristics, application range and cases. Also, the new technologies, which may be used in the future, are prospected. It is expected to provide evidences for choosing appropriate technologies of extraction and purification in industrialization. |
