肉桂挥发油的提取及包合工艺研究

摘要:
考察了肉桂挥发油的最佳提取工艺和β-环糊精的最佳包合工艺。采用正交试验设计,以肉桂挥发油得率为指标优选提取工艺;以肉桂挥发油包合率为指标优选包合工艺方法。肉桂挥发油的最佳提取工艺:粉碎粒度50目,提取时间3 h,超声时间10 min,超声频率80 Hz;肉桂挥发油β-环糊精最佳包合工艺是油∶β-CD为1∶8、包合温度40 ℃,超声包合时间30 min。通过验证所选提取工艺提油率高,包合效果好。

Abstract:
The optimum conditions of extraction and inclusion processes for the volatity oil from Cinnamomi cortex were studied by orthogonal design. The extraction rate and inclusion rate of volatity oil were tested. The results showed that the optimum conditions for extracting and inclusion of volatity oil were follows: the volatile oil is most when particle size is 50 mesh, extraction time is 3 h, ultrasonic time is10min, and ultrasonic is frequency of 80 Hz. The optimum condition of Cinnamomi cortex volatile oil inclusion is when the ration of oil and β -CD is 1∶8, inclusion temperature is 60 ℃, and ultrasonic time is 30 min.
