| During veterinary bio-product production, it’s a common method to use virus EID50 to express the titer of viral vaccine and its semi-product active ingredient. This paper takes the Newcastle Disease Live Vaccine as the example, makes comparison and analysis on EID50 criteria between semi-product and finished product and deepens the understanding of the accurate criteria to express virus content per ml in semi-product active ingredient. |
