| 将引进的ReoS1133株强毒 在SPF鸡胚上传1代，对E2代种毒进行了病毒含量和对雏鸡的毒力测定，结果表明，E2代种毒病毒含量≥105.9EID50/0.2ml。对3～7周龄雏鸡的半数感染量≥ 104.16～4.18/0.1ml，ReoS1133株强毒毒力符合要求，可以作为强毒攻毒株。 |

| Abstract: |
| Avian Reovirus (Strain S1133 ) were passaged on the SPF chichen embryo. Virulence to the SPF chichens was identified and contents were taken for the passage 2. The results showed that passage 2 (Strain S1133 ) contained more than 105.9EID50/0.2ml and contained more than 104.16～4.18 CID50/0.1ml. It complied with the requirements as a challenge strain. |
